“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste it,
to experience to the utmost,
to reach out eagerly and without fear
for newer and richer experience.”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
Creative + fun + transformational daily adventures to increase your energy vibration and momentum towards your desires with powerful ease and flow.
There is so much fun awaiting and so much learning to be absorbed in the great outdoors. Whether you go on a big nature adventure hike in the steamy tropical rainforest, or you step outside your front door and take a run in your neighborhood, or you go for a walk to the park… nature has a way of opening and expanding us in every way – physically + mentally + spiritually + soulfully.
It is our inherent nature to desire expansion and growth. We are always evolving, and if we use the guidance of the natural rhythms of nature, like our animal brothers and sisters working in collaboration with each other, we will not struggle so much.
There’s a simple elegance to nature, the way I love to live life!
