Just like Apple, Inc. says – You have to Think Different if you want your business to be fueled by purpose + passion + prosperity!
We are experiencing a powerful shift of humanity right now. People are personally experiencing greater awakening at a more rapid pace than ever before. And feeling the call to create conscious and soulful businesses that serve the expansion of people’s lives and have a positive impact on all humanity, animals and the planet.
More and more people are recognizing that it’s time to use our full potential in life… that we need to Think for Ourselves + Think Creatively + Think Different
…if you truly desire to live your life fueled with purpose, passion and prosperity.
When I was a teenager fresh out of high school back in the 80’s, even then I felt within me something different than I saw in others. I always had the desire to think outside the box and be uniquely me. I always viewed life through a more creative lens than my family and friends.
And I made the most innovative and creative choices I could with the resources I had. And I knew at the time that working for Apple Computer, Inc. was one of the best and highly sought after jobs to have.
It was a culture and a community of like minded and fun people desiring to be part of doing something uniquely different in the world through our work.
Thinking different. Being innovative.
It was a truly on the leading edge company then {and still is}!
The Macintosh was the first computer I ever used at the age of 12 and I have been an enthusiastically loyal Apple lover ever since.
I did get a very prominent position right away and worked at Apple, Inc. for just over 5 years, before they graciously gave me my laid off slip with enough severance and paid vacation combined with the sabbatical time that I was taking to give me six months of play time to think creatively about what I would do next.
It was an extra special experience in my life that I’ve always cherished.
What I learned at that very young age (years 17-23) working for such an awesome company like Apple, Inc. was…
to never be afraid to Think Different and take the adventurous + creative + innovative {most often times unknown} path.
And that being part of a fun, loving innovative community of like minded people making a difference in people’s lives and the world is a priceless gift!
LUV this beautiful poem created for their brilliant Think Different campaign.
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits.
The rebels. The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes.
The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them,
disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them.
About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
Because they change things.
They invent. They imagine. They heal.
They explore. They create. They inspire.
They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.
While some see them as the crazy ones,
we see genius.
Because the people who are crazy enough
to think they can change the world,
are the ones who do.
This is how I’ve always felt! It’s who I am! It’s what I do!
I’ve personally experienced that life is more fulfilling when I explore uncharted territories that push me further out of my comfort zone.
And as a long time entrepreneur I know for sure that co-creating on the leading of consciousness can sometimes feel crazy, but it’s most certainly imaginative + innovative, and this is what empowers + inspires + moves the women and their families that I work with to run the life race they were born to win.
Just like Apple, Inc. you’ve got to Think Different!
P.S. And I abSOULutely love all the products I own from them!!
